MISSION


4 To present a world class cultural and artistic event, designed to enrich and inform
the greater Tampa Bay community concerning social developments and artistic trends in international culture as made manifest through both the critical understanding and enjoyment of world cinema.

4 To celebrate and reflect upon the cultural and ethnic diversity which is made
manifest in the world of international cinema and is also part of the historical reality
and rich heritage of the city of Tampa.

4 To develop a wider international awareness that the city of Tampa is an ideal
location for business, education, entertainment, and to contribute to the economic
growth and prosperity of the city of Tampa.
